MBSB Bank, in collaboration with Adab Youth Garage, is reinvigorating the purpose and programs at the Youth Centre in PPR Kg Baru Hicom. Originally established as a space for learning and activities, the center will now feature expanded capacity-building initiatives aimed at empowering children, youth, and families within the community.
Under this renewed approach, MBSB Bank will fully fund the center’s operations for the coming year, ensuring continuous educational and skill-building opportunities. These include financial literacy sessions, English and Mathematics tutoring, and digital marketing training—such as Canva design and TikTok Business—to help local entrepreneurs, particularly mothers, create and expand new income streams.
To further strengthen community engagement, MBSB Bank is launching a volunteer program that leverages the diverse skill sets of employees across the Group. Staff volunteers will contribute their expertise in career coaching, mentorship, and professional development, providing participants with personalized guidance and support.
Pusat Interaktif Belia MBSB Bank at PPR Kg Baru Hicom marks the beginning of a broader initiative. In line with the Prime Minister’s Santuni Madani ‘Satu Kampung Satu Pemimpin’ Program, MBSB Bank plans to replicate similar programs at PPR Desa Tun Razak Cheras and Yayasan Chow Kit, creating a network of revitalized community centers focused on holistic, long-term development.
